By accessing or purchasing from Squid Defense, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase handguns. All purchasers must comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the ownership and transfer of firearms.

2. Compliance with Laws

All firearms purchases will follow the appropriate background checks (e.g., NICS). Firearms will only be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. It is your responsibility to know and follow all local, state, and federal firearm laws.

3. Order Process

For non-serialized items:

All orders are subject to product availability and no FFL validation is needed (unless your state requires it). Most items are shipped out the day after the order is received, unless it is a weekend; in this case, it will be shipped the following business day.

For serialized items:

All orders are subject to product availability and FFL verification. Once we verify the receiving FFL, we will process and ship the order.

4. Product Descriptions

We strive to describe products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from the use of our products, services or website. Squid Defense is not liable for any shipping damage regardless of purchasing shipping insurance; in this case, please open a case with the party delivering the goods.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
